Cancellation and Refund Policy
1.1. Full 100% amount refund for services cancelled 72h before departure.
1.2. 50% refund for services cancelled 48h before departure (ad exception of buses and minivans from 16 to 55 pax).
1.3. The Company undertakes to return the funds to the User in case of the Transfer cancellation at the initiative of the Carrier or caused by the Service.
1.4. Written request of cancellation / refund must be sended to info@busrental24.com (no messenger nor phone cancellation will be accepted).
 
Free Waiting time
2.1. 1 hour from Airport and 30 minutes from other locations.
2.2. After first hour we charge the hourly rental fee for waiting.
