1. Introduction
Welcome to BusRental24.com ("Website", "Service").
BusRental24 is an online booking platform operated by:

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, "Company", "we", "our", and "us" refer to ANTARESSERVICES OÜ.
By accessing, browsing, or booking services through BusRental24.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
BusRental24 acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with licensed transportation providers and carriers.
The Company facilitates the booking process but transportation services are performed by independent third-party carriers.
The carrier is responsible for:
- Vehicle operation;
- Compliance with local transportation regulations;
- Driver conduct;
- Passenger safety during transportation;
- Insurance required by applicable law.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
3.2. Prices displayed on the Website are quoted in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.3. Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
3.4. The booking becomes valid only after confirmation has been issued by BusRental24 or the assigned carrier.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate booking information;
- Arrive at the agreed pickup location on time;
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- Respect the vehicle, driver, and other passengers;
- Ensure that luggage dimensions and passenger numbers match the booking details.
Additional charges may apply if incorrect information is provided during booking.
5. Vehicle and Service Changes
The Company and/or the carrier reserve the right to substitute a vehicle with an equivalent or higher category vehicle when operationally necessary.
In exceptional circumstances, route, timing, or vehicle type may be modified due to traffic conditions, weather, force majeure events, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Customer Cancellation
6.1.1. A full 100% refund will be issued for services cancelled at least 72 hours before departure.
6.1.2. A 50% refund will be issued for services cancelled at least 48 hours before departure, with the exception of buses and minibuses with capacities from 16 to 55 passengers, for which different cancellation conditions may apply.
6.2 Carrier or Service Cancellation
6.2.1. The Company undertakes to refund the User in full in the event that the transfer or transportation service is cancelled by the carrier or due to circumstances caused by the Service.
6.3 Cancellation Procedure
6.3.1. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

6.3.2. Cancellation requests made by telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, social media, or other messenger applications will not be accepted.
7. Free Waiting Time
7.1 Airport Pickups
The service includes 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual flight landing time.
7.2 Other Pickups
The service includes 30 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
7.3 Additional Waiting
After the free waiting period expires, the customer will be charged the applicable hourly rental rate for the vehicle.
8. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters;
- Extreme weather conditions;
- Strikes;
- Government actions;
- Road closures;
- Accidents;
- Terrorist acts;
- Epidemics or pandemics.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the booking.
- The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
- The Company shall not be liable for missed flights, trains, meetings, events, or business opportunities caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10. Complaints
Any complaint regarding the service must be submitted in writing within 14 days following completion of the transportation service.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to investigate and respond within a reasonable period.
11. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia.
